Peanut Butter and Jelly Protein Shake

 
 
 

6 oz Milk

1 Tbsp Peanut Butter

1 tsp Strawberry Preserves (or any fruit preserve or jelly)

4 Tbsp Dried Egg White Powder

Blend ingredients together in a low to medium-speed blender for 30 seconds and enjoy!
